Help with Tokens

The token based system allows you to purchase a license for a movie. You can purchase license for a single viewing, for several days, or for an indefinite period of time.

My computer won't play a movie. What do I do?

Possible issues:

• You're using a Mac. We Be Lez does not support licensing for the Mac. Our sincere apologies. We want to support it, but the Windows Media Player does not, as far as we know, support it. If you have already bought tokens, please e-mail technical support and request a refund.
• Windows XP Service Pack 2. You may need to customize the firewall settings for XP Service Pack 2. To allow the licensing system to work, some customers have temporarily disabled the firewall, but this is not recommended. Contact Microsoft to learn more about its firewall.
• You have an old Media Player. If you have use Windows 98 or Windows ME, you may need to update your Windows Media Player.

Updating Windows Media Player

1. You may need to uninstall and reinstall Windows Media Player. Your steps may vary. Refer to Windows online help for formal instructions, but as an informal guide:
2. Click My Computer.
3. On the left of My Computer, click Control Panel.
4. Click Add or Remove Programs.
5. On the left, click Add/Remove Windows Components.
6. Uncheck Windows Media Player.
7. Click the Next button and follow the prompts. 
8. Reinstall Windows Media Player using the files at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/download/download.aspx

How to Buy a License for Differing Periods of Time

To view a movie and watch it on your computer indefinitely:

1. Buy tokens. Click the following link to buy tokens: Buy We Be Lez tokens.
2. Click the link to the movie you want to view.
3. Type your user name and password and then click Login. The purchase options appear.
4. To the right of the Purchase Options field, click the black arrow pointing down.
5. Click the Purchase: Unlimited Plays option.
6. Click Spend Tokens.
7. Click Play.

Instructions for Downloading a Movie

1. Right-click (click it with your right mouse button) a Download this movie link. A context menu opens.
2. Click Save Target As.
3. Make a note of where you are saving the movie and then click Save.
